What is Wellness Coaching? Wellness coaching, is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging a client to listen to their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their goals into action. Wellness coaching draws on the principles of positive psychology and the practices of active listening, powerful questioning, direct communication and goal setting. As your Wellness Coach I work with you to help you improve all areas of wellness including fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health, and management of the life issues that impact wellness.As a previous Group Fitness Instructor and Nutritionist, Addriana sees fitness as a passport to remaining young. It is her Fountain of Youth. Thus, she came up a way to live out 1 Corinthians 6:19, “Don’t you realize that your body is the temple…” The T.E.M.P.L.E. METHOD, it’s not a diet or a crazy fad. It is simply a way a life.

  • P – Plan and Prepare your daily menu, you will eat healthier and save money.
  • L – Love Water! Water cleanses, quenches thirst and ladies helps prevent wrinkles!!!
  • E – Eliminate the junk! Junk foods, refined sugars, soda, chips, etc.
A lot of what we do is driven by habit. It can be difficult to change old habits, but there are steps you can take to become healthier and happier.
